First, check Settings for your remaining message count for the month — if it's at zero, replies pause until your plan renews or you buy a top-up.
If you still have messages left, check your connection and reopen the app. If it persists, email us with your companion's name and roughly when it stopped.
On Plus and above, companions text on a realistic rhythm instead of replying instantly — reading your message after a natural delay, sometimes typing for a bit before sending, occasionally leaving you on read the way a real person would. It's part of what higher plans unlock.
Apple confirms the purchase before Corri's servers do, so there's a short gap right after buying. Give it a few seconds — the app polls for the update automatically. If Settings still shows the old plan after a minute, force-close and reopen the app.
Open Settings in Corri. Change plan moves you between tiers, and Cancel subscription opens Apple's own subscription management, where cancellation always happens. Corri never has to be told separately — it picks up the change automatically.
Yes. Open the companion from the menu on the Chat tab and choose to delete it. This removes that companion's conversation and memories — it can't be undone.
No. Corri is rated 17+ on the App Store — companion personalities are fully configurable, and some settings can produce strong language or mature themes.
